Creamy Mushroom Risotto

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the onions until translucent.
  2. Add mushrooms and cook until they release their juices.
  3. Stir in Arborio rice and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Gradually add vegetable broth, stirring constantly, until rice is tender.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese and heavy cream for a creamy texture.
  6. Serve warm with a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
